This is a petition for enforcement of an order of the National Labor Relations Board based upon findings of unfair labor practices arising out of an organizational campaign at respondent Southern Electronics Companys Mosheim, Tennessee plant. Adopting the findings of its Trial Examiner, the Board found the company guilty of violating Â§Â§ 8(a) (1) and 8(a) (3) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. Â§Â§ 158(a) (1), 158(a) (3). Respondent was ordered to cease and desist from the proscribed conduct, and to reinstate with back pay two employees who had been discharged. 175 NLRB No. 11 (1969). The company takes exception to the Boards findings and conclusions, and asks us to deny enforcement of its order.
